VILLA LA MARINA

A traditional pitched roof unifes the building into one volume. It consists of a sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces. The intimate space consists of a patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor. It provides the bedrooms with views and privacy from the neighbours. With this layout, the bedroom enjoys the view to the patio while the day light goes through the facade.
