REAL DENIA BUILDING S.L.U. complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law as well as the EU regulation 2016/679 which is in force from April 27, 2016 although it is not applicable until May 2018 which on this date will replace the aforementioned law and regulation and other current regulations in each moment, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data.
Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending commercial and courtesy communications related to our entity through telephone, regular postal mail, fax, email or equivalent electronic means of communication.
Likewise, we inform you that your data will be ceded in all those cases in which it is necessary for the development, fulfilment and control of the relationship of the recipient of the service with our entity or in the cases in which it is authorized by a regulation with the rank of law, and in particular, when one of the following assumptions occurs: a) The treatment or cession is aimed to satisfy a legitimate interest of the data controller or the assignee covered by said regulation; b) The processing or transfer of data is necessary for the controller to fulfil a duty imposed by said regulation.
